Creating a new complaint:
- Select the “Reservation” tab located in the top left hand corner.
- Enter the rider’s first and last name to search for the rider and then double click on the selected record.
- Double click on the trip to active pop-up.
- Select the “Notes” page located toward the upper portion of the trip.
- Click the “add” button then use the drop down menu to select the type of note.
- After selecting “complaint” add comments and click save.
Viewing complaint and complaint status:
- Select the “Reservation” tab located in the top left hand corner.
- Click on the “complaint” tab located in the upper middle section of the screen.
- Select a date or date range then click “find” to view current complaints.
- Double click on complaint to view complaint details.
(Note: Narrow your search by using the drop down menu to select complaint status.)
Resolving complaint and changing complaint status:
- Select the “Reservation” tab located in the top left hand corner.
- Click on the “complaint” tab located in the upper middle section of the screen.
- Select a date or date range then click “find” to view current complaints.
- Double click on complaint to view complaint details.
- Select the “pencil” icon to edit complaint.
- Use the drop down menu to change complaint status and “response” section to update complaint details and include resolution notes.
- Click “save” to store changes.
