9.4: Complaints

Creating a new complaint:

  • Select the “Reservation” tab located in the top left hand corner.
  • Enter the rider’s first and last name to search for the rider and then double click on the selected record.
  • Double click on the trip to active pop-up.
  • Select the “Notes” page located toward the upper portion of the trip.
  • Click the “add” button then use the drop down menu to select the type of note.
  • After selecting “complaint” add comments and click save.

Viewing complaint and complaint status: 

  • Select the “Reservation” tab located in the top left hand corner.
  • Click on the “complaint” tab located in the upper middle section of the screen.
  • Select a date or date range then click “find” to view current complaints.
  • Double click on complaint to view complaint details.

(Note: Narrow your search by using the drop down menu to select complaint status.)

Resolving complaint and changing complaint status: 

  • Select the “Reservation” tab located in the top left hand corner.
  • Click on the “complaint” tab located in the upper middle section of the screen.
  • Select a date or date range then click “find” to view current complaints.
  • Double click on complaint to view complaint details.
  • Select the “pencil” icon to edit complaint.
  • Use the drop down menu to change complaint status and “response” section to update complaint details and include resolution notes.
  • Click “save” to store changes.
