Select the “Dispatch” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “Scheduled Trips”.
Select a date and provider in the upper left hand corner displaying all trips assigned to provider.
Select the tab title “Jobs Auto-routing” in the upper section of the screen to display auto-routing batches/job.
Job status will be displayed as well as detailed batch information. Click on the job to view individual trips, modify assignment and approve auto-routing.
