4.2: Bank Information

Creating a new bank:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “billing” then “bank”.
  • Click the “add” button located in the upper left hand corner.
  • Complete the required fields in the “add new bank” pop-up and click save to store changes.

Editing bank:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “billing” then “bank”.
  • Double click on bank name to active pop-up.
  • Make necessary changes and click save to store changes.

(Note: A user can edit bank simply by double clicking on the bank and activating the pop-up.)

Deleting bank:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “billing” then “bank”.
  • Highlight the vehicle, then click the “delete” button located in the upper left hand corner.
  • Confirm your action by selecting yes in the pop-up screen.

Disable and Enable bank:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “billing” then “bank”.
  • Double click on the bank name to active pop-up.
  • Use the “active” switch in the upper left hand corner of the pop to disable or enable the bank.

(Note: A user can edit bank simply by double clicking on the bank and activating the pop-up.)

Viewing inactive banks:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “billing” then “bank”.
  • Use the “show inactive” switch located in the upper left hand corner to view inactive banks.
