3.3: Drivers

View active driver:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “drivers”.
  • Select a “provider” and the current list of drivers will appear.

Note: Drivers highlighted in red are missing information in their profile.

Creating a new driver:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “drivers”.
  • Select the “create” button located in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
  • Complete the “add new driver” pop-up and add license information in the “license” tab then save.

Note: The required fields are highlighted red.

Changing driver status:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “drivers”.
  • Select a “provider” and then use the “select status” dropdown to select the driver status you wish to display.
  • Select provider and double click on a driver and their driver profile will appear.
  • Click on the down facing arrow located at the top of the driver profile and use the dropdown menu to change driver status. 

Add driver documents and licenses:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “drivers”.
  • Select a provider and double click on a driver and their driver profile will appear.
  • Select the document or license tab located towards the top of the driver profile.
  • Click on the “add” button located in the upper left hand corner and select the file you wish to upload.

Activate and disable drivers:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “drivers”.
  • Select a provider and double click on a driver and their driver profile will appear.
  • Turn the “active” switch located next to the driver pin on or off then click save.

Changing driver password:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “drivers”.
  • Select a provider and double click on a driver and their driver profile will appear.
  • Click on the blue lock located in the upper right hand corner.
  • A change password pop-up will appear. The “automatic” switch is active by default. By selecting “yes” without turning the “automatic” switch off, new password credentials will be generated by the system and emailed to the user. By turning the “automatic” switch off, the system administrator will be prompted to create a new password for the user. During this step, the administrator can activate the “request to change password” switch that will force the user to create their own password after initial login.
  • Select the “yes” button to save changes or “no” to cancel editing session.

Messaging a driver:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “drivers”.
  • Select a provider and click on a driver.
  • Click “message” in the upper left hand corner.
  • Complete the require fields in the “send message” pop-up then click send.

Note: A user can simply select multiple drivers at one time to receive the same message by multi-selecting drivers prior to clicking the “message” button.
