2.4: Facility types

In this section, administrative users can create and manage facilities types and modifier codes.

Creating a facility type:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “facility types” to display the list of current facility types.
  • Use the “add” button located in the top left hand corner of the screen.
  • Complete the required field in the “add new facility type” pop-up and select save to store changes.

Editing a facility type:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “facility types” to display the list of current facility types.
  • Highlight the facility type you wish to edit and click the “edit” button located in the upper left hand corner.
  • Make the necessary changes and select save to store changes.

(Note: A user can edit a facility type simply by double clicking on the facility type and activating the pop-up.)

Deleting a facility type:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “facility type” to display the list of current facility type.
  • Highlight the facility you want to delete.
  • Use the “delete” button located in the top left hand corner of the screen to delete the facility type.
  • Confirm the action using the yes or no buttons locating in the pop-up to store changes.
