In this section, administrative users can create and manage facilities used as pick up or drop off locations.

Creating a facility:

• Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “facilities” to display the list of current facilities.
• Use the “add” button located in the top left hand corner of the screen.
• Complete the required field in the “add new facility” pop-up and select save to store changes.

Editing a facility:

• Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “facility” to display the list of current facilities.
• Highlight the facility you wish to edit and click the “edit” button located in the upper left hand corner.
• Make the necessary changes and select save to store changes.

(Note: A user can edit a facility simply by double clicking on the facility and activating the pop-up.)

Deleting a facility:

• Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “facilities” to display the list of current facilities.
• Highlight the facility you want to delete.
• Use the “delete” button located in the top left hand corner of the screen to delete the facility.
• Confirm the action using the yes or no buttons locating in the pop-up to store changes.

Search facilities:

• Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “facilities” to display the list of current facilities.
• Use the search bar located in the upper left hand corner to search for the facility.

Inactive facilities:

• Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “facilities” to display the list of current facilities.
• Active the “show disabled” switch located to the right of the search bar.
• All inactive and active facilities will be displayed.
