- Select the “Dispatch” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right, then select “driver schedule”.
- Click on the calendar icon located in the upper left hand corner and select the date or date range you wish to display.
- Select the “Dispatch” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right, then select “driver schedule”.
- Click the “add” button located in the upper left hand side of the screen.
- Select the date range and click save.
- To display the new schedule, enter the date range in the upper left hand corner.
- Select the “Dispatch” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right, then select “driver schedule”.
- Click on the calendar icon located in the upper left hand corner and select the date or date range you wish to display.
- Select the date you want to duplicate, then click “copy”.
- Select a new date then click “paste” to duplicate.
- Select the “Dispatch” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right, then select “driver schedule”.
- Click on the calendar icon located in the upper left hand corner and select the date or date range you wish to display.
- Double click on the section you wish to edit (Vehicle, Start or end time).
- Confirm changes and save.
- Select the “Dispatch” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right, then select “driver schedule”.
- Click on the calendar icon located in the upper left hand corner and select the date or date range you wish to display.
- Select the date you want to reset, then click “reset”.
- Confirm your actions using the yes and no button.
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “driver”.
- Select a provider, double click on the driver.
- Active the “paid time off” switch located in the lower left hand corner of the pop-up screen.
- Select the date or range of dates requested off.
- Use the green save icon located in the upper right hand corner to store changes.
