5.1: Driver Schedule

View driver schedule:

  • Select the “Dispatch” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right, then select “driver schedule”.
  • Click on the calendar icon located in the upper left hand corner and select the date or date range you wish to display.

Create new driver schedule:

  • Select the “Dispatch” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right, then select “driver schedule”.
  • Click the “add” button located in the upper left hand side of the screen.
  • Select the date range and click save.
  • To display the new schedule, enter the date range in the upper left hand corner.

Duplicating driver schedules:

  • Select the “Dispatch” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right, then select “driver schedule”.
  • Click on the calendar icon located in the upper left hand corner and select the date or date range you wish to display.
  • Select the date you want to duplicate, then click “copy”.
  • Select a new date then click “paste” to duplicate.

Edit Driver schedule:

  • Select the “Dispatch” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right, then select “driver schedule”.
  • Click on the calendar icon located in the upper left hand corner and select the date or date range you wish to display.
  • Double click on the section you wish to edit (Vehicle, Start or end time).
  • Confirm changes and save.

Reset driver schedules:

  • Select the “Dispatch” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right, then select “driver schedule”.
  • Click on the calendar icon located in the upper left hand corner and select the date or date range you wish to display.
  • Select the date you want to reset, then click “reset”.
  • Confirm your actions using the yes and no button.

Requested time off for driver:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “driver”.
  • Select a provider, double click on the driver.
  • Active the “paid time off” switch located in the lower left hand corner of the pop-up screen.
  • Select the date or range of dates requested off.
  • Use the green save icon located in the upper right hand corner to store changes.
