Create new vehicle:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicle”.
- Click “create” in the upper left hand corner.
- Complete the “add new vehicle” pop-up and click save to store changes.
View list of active:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicle”.
- To display the list of current vehicles, use the drop down menu located in the upper left hand corner to select a provider.
- Use the second drop down menu to filter vehicles by status.
Editing vehicle information:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicles”.
- Use the drop down menu to select the provider.
- Double click on the vehicle you want to edit.
- Make the necessary changes and click “save”.
Change Vehicle Status:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicles”.
- Use the dropdown menu to select vehicle status.
- Double click on the vehicle to make changes.
- A vehicle detail pop-up will be displayed. Click on the down facing arrow to display a dropdown menu and change the status of the vehicle. Select “save” to save changes or “cancel” to end the session.
Vehicle Documents:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicles”.
- Select the provider, then double click on the vehicle to make changes.
- Click on the “document” tab and select which document you would like to upload.
- Upload the document and click “save” to save changes.
Vehicle Images:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicles”.
- Select a provider, then double click on the vehicle to make changes.
- Click on the “vehicle images” tab and select the images you would like to upload.
- Upload the document and click “save” to save changes.
Vehicle History:
Vehicle history displays all changes or updates made to the vehicle by user.
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicles”.
- Select a provider, then double click on the vehicle to view changes.
- Click on the “history” tab and view all changes made to vehicle.
Vehicle capacities:
Vehicle capacities restrict the amount of passengers allowed in a vehicle at one time.
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicles”
- Select a provider, then double click on the vehicle.
- Click the “capacities” button located in the “group 1” section.
- Click “add capacity” to enter the vehicles capacity or the red trash cap to delete the capacity.
- Once finished, click the X located the in the upper right hand corner of the pop-up then save to store changes.
