3.2: Vehicles

Create new vehicle:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicle”.
  • Click “create” in the upper left hand corner.
  • Complete the “add new vehicle” pop-up and click save to store changes.

View list of active:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicle”.
  • To display the list of current vehicles, use the drop down menu located in the upper left hand corner to select a provider.
  • Use the second drop down menu to filter vehicles by status.

Editing vehicle information:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicles”.
  • Use the drop down menu to select the provider.
  • Double click on the vehicle you want to edit.
  • Make the necessary changes and click “save”.

Change Vehicle Status:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicles”.
  • Use the dropdown menu to select vehicle status.
  • Double click on the vehicle to make changes.
  • A vehicle detail pop-up will be displayed. Click on the down facing arrow to display a dropdown menu and change the status of the vehicle. Select “save” to save changes or “cancel” to end the session.

Vehicle Documents:

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicles”.
  • Select the provider, then double click on the vehicle to make changes.
  • Click on the “document” tab and select which document you would like to upload.
  • Upload the document and click “save” to save changes.

Vehicle Images:

  •  Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicles”.
  • Select a provider, then double click on the vehicle to make changes.
  • Click on the “vehicle images” tab and select the images you would like to upload.
  • Upload the document and click “save” to save changes.

Vehicle History:

Vehicle history displays all changes or updates made to the vehicle by user.

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicles”.
  •  Select a provider, then double click on the vehicle to view changes.
  • Click on the “history” tab and view all changes made to vehicle.

Vehicle capacities:

Vehicle capacities restrict the amount of passengers allowed in a vehicle at one time.

  • Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “fleet” then “vehicles
  • Select a provider, then double click on the vehicle.
  • Click the “capacities” button located in the “group 1” section.
  • Click “add capacity” to enter the vehicles capacity or the red trash cap to delete the capacity.
  • Once finished, click the X located the in the upper right hand corner of the pop-up then save to store changes.
