In this section, administrative users can create and manage service providers.
Creating a new service provider:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “service provider” to display the list of current service providers.
- Use the “add” button located in the top left hand corner of the screen.
- Complete the required field in the “add new service provider” pop-up and select save to store changes.
Editing a service provider:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “service providers” to display the list of current service providers.
- Highlight the facility type you wish to edit and click the “edit” button located in the upper left hand corner.
- Make the necessary changes and select save to store changes.
(Note: A user can edit a service provider simply by double clicking on the service provider and activating the pop-up.)
Disabling and enabling service providers:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “service provider” to display the list of current service provider.
- Double click on the service provider then use the “active” switch located to the right of the speed code to disable or enable the service provider.
- Click save to store changes.
