In this section, administrative users can create call types that will be later used to create reservations.
Creating a new call type:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “call type” to display the list of current call types.
- Use the “add” button located in the top left hand corner of the screen.
- Complete the required field in the “add new call type” pop-up and select save to store changes.
Editing a call type:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “call type” to display the list of current Call type.
- Highlight the time rule you wish to edit and click the “edit” button located in the upper left hand corner.
- Make the necessary changes and select save to store changes.
(Note: A user can edit a call type simply by double clicking on the call type and activating the pop-up.)
Deleting a call type:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “call type” to display the list of current call types.
- Highlight the time rule you want to delete.
- Use the “delete” button located in the top left hand corner of the screen to delete the time rule.
- Confirm the action using the yes or no buttons locating in the pop-up to store changes.
