Time rules are created to ensure the appropriate times are allotted to trips based on specific information such as mileage and call type.
Creating a new time rule:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “time rules” to display the list of current time rules.
- Use the “add” button located in the top left hand corner of the screen.
- Complete the required field in the “add new action” pop-up and select save to store changes.
Editing a time rule:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “time rules” to display the list of current time rules.
- Highlight the time rule you wish to edit and click the “edit” button located in the upper left hand corner.
- Make the necessary changes and select save to store changes.
(Note: A user can edit a time rule simply by double clicking on the time rule and activating the pop-up.)
Deleting a time rule:
- Select the “Administration” tab located in the top left hand corner. Another selection menu will appear to the right. Select “reservation” then “time rules” to display the list of current time rules.
- Highlight the time rule you want to delete.
- Use the “delete” button located in the top left hand corner of the screen to delete the time rule.
- Confirm the action using the yes or no buttons locating in the pop-up to store changes.
