11.1: Claims Summary

Viewing claims summary:

  • Select the “Claims” tab located in the left hand corner then select summary.
  • Select a date or date range to view claims summary by provider.

(Note: Claims summary is filtered by provider and billing status.)

View detailed claims by status:
  • Select the “Claims” tab located in the left hand corner then select details.
  • Select date or date range.
  • Use the drop down menu to select payment status and provider, then use the search icon to display trips.

(Note: double click on a trip to view trip details, notes and or edit a trip.)
